Regrettably, once you have completed payment for your order, modifications are no longer possible as we promptly begin processing. If you want to add items, we recommend placing a new order.
Considering a cancellation?
You can return your order after receiving it. Simply register the return request according to our return policy.
First check your spam or junk e-mail folder. If you still can’t find the confirmation, contact us at : contact@kimaian.com using the email address you used to place the order. We will locate your order and ensure you receive the confirmation.
How awful. The item may have been damaged in transit. You can return the item to us free of charge. Register the return online with us at contact@kimaian.com
Take a clear photo of the damage and add it. If you would like to receive the item again, you can add a note that you would like this. If you are not able to figure it out, you can of

You cannot change the address after the order has been placed because we are already processing it. Once an order is submitted, the address cannot be modified as we automatically transmit the data to the carrier.
You will receive the Track & Trace information via the email address you provided. Please use this information to pick up the package promptly upon delivery or change the delivery address to a designated pick-up point.
Yes, as soon as we transfer your order to the carrier you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code.
Please note that the carrier must process the order first. After the carrier has received your order, you can normally track your order from the next working day. Does the Track & Trace code still not work? Please try again the next working day.
Upon placing your order, we promptly initiate the process. Your order is then transferred to the carrier responsible for delivering the package to you.
Once we transfer your order to the carrier, you will receive an email containing the Track & Trace code.
It's important to note that the carrier requires time to process the order. Typically, you can start tracking your order from the next working day after the carrier has received it. If the Track & Trace code is not functional immediately, we recommend trying again on the next working day for accurate tracking information.
If you haven't received your order, please consider checking with your neighbors as sometimes deliveries may be left with them. Look for any notes in your mailbox that may contain delivery information. While some delivery drivers may not leave notes, you can also review the Track & Trace code sent to you via email to determine the status and location of your order.
If the package is not with your neighbors and the Track & Trace code indicates that it should have been delivered, it's possible the delivery person marked it as delivered but has not yet completed the delivery. If the issue persists and your order is not delivered the next day, please send us an email at contact@kimaian.com. Our team will promptly assist you in resolving the matter.

Once the return is received, the items go through our quality control process which can take up to 5 business days. Unfortunately, we are not able to process an exchange. You can return the item to us and place a new order for the item that you'd like.
- Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned clean, unworn, and in their original condition, including labels and packaging.
- Proof of Shipment: Please keep your shipment's track and trace code as proof, as we require it for any investigation into missing returns.

Shipping & Return Policies
Yes, our delivery will need only 1-2 days for national shipping, and 3-4 days worldwide
All in-stock orders received by 12pm PST Monday to Thursday will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 12pm PST Monday to Wednesday, will be shipped out the following day. Orders received after 12pm on Thursday, will be shipped out on Monday.
We will consider taking the product back, subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from our place for both the returned product and the new replacement product. All returns must have prior authorization from us, and be shipped back to us within 7 working days of receipt of the items. Products must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging (ie. cold and insulated) as originally dispatched by us. Once the item is received by us, we will dispatch the replacement product.

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product if your shipment is damaged. Unfortunately after this period or if the product was not stored as directed on the datasheet, we are unable to honor a warranty claim. If we determines that there was a defect in the product sold to you, we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product.
