Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Arab Emirates.
Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods — Ramadan, Eid, and year-end holidays. We appreciate your patience.
For pre-orders or made-to-order pieces, the estimated dispatch window is indicated on the product page and takes precedence over standard timelines.
Shipping Origin & Coverage
All orders are shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We ship worldwide, subject to carrier restrictions and local regulations.
Estimated Delivery Times
The following timeframes are indicative and begin after dispatch — not from the date of order.
These estimates may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays or peak-season congestion. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Carriers & Rates
Available carriers, service levels and shipping rates are displayed at checkout, calculated based on your destination and order weight.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to an error on our part or where required by applicable law.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. Please allow a few hours for this link to become active.
Why isn't my tracking updating? Our parcels ship from Dubai and travel internationally before reaching the destination country's distribution centre. During this transit, tracking may show no updates for several days — sometimes up to 7 to 10 days. This is entirely normal. Once the local carrier takes over, tracking updates automatically. Your parcel is on its way.
Mixed Orders & Pre-Orders
All items within a single order are shipped together in one parcel. We do not offer partial shipments.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be held and dispatched once that item becomes available. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Delivery Address
Please carefully verify your shipping address, email and phone number before confirming your order. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to reroute or modify the delivery address.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@kimaian.com — we will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun.
In the event of loss or non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, KIMAIAN accepts no responsibility and no refund will be issued.
Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice or schedule a second attempt.
Parcels returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable may be reshipped at your expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restricted Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) not supported by our carriers.
Orders that cannot be legally shipped to a given destination will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control and does not constitute a reason for cancellation or refund.
If customs duties are refused, the parcel will be returned to sender. Any costs incurred — including return shipping and import/export fees — will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees remain non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier acceptance of the parcel.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please:
- Check with household members, neighbours, your concierge or a nearby pick-up point
- Wait 24 to 48 hours — a carrier scan delay is sometimes possible
- Open a formal inquiry with the carrier
- Email us at contact@kimaian.com with your order number and the carrier case ID — we cannot process any claim without this documentation
If your item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will coordinate with the carrier and advise on next steps.
KIMAIAN is not responsible for losses due to an incorrect address, or for parcels stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend selecting a service with signature on delivery where available.
Delivery Delays
KIMAIAN cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, peak-season congestion or any force majeure event.
In such cases, we remain available to assist you with tracking and carrier inquiries.
Free Shipping
Any free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly displayed on the site and applied automatically at checkout when conditions are met.
Original shipping fees remain non-refundable unless required by law or due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted before dispatch. Once a shipping label has been created or the parcel handed to the carrier, we are no longer able to cancel the order.
After this point, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy.
